With thorough knowledge of the construction process, permit requirements and regulation environment, Terranova ensures its construction projects reach completion promptly and successfully. Curren construction management work includes improvements for a new anchor at Biscayne Plaza and a new junior anchor at Westfork Plaza. Other Terranova construction and redevelopment projects include: construction of Doral Costa II, a $20 million, 132,454-square foot class A office building at Doral Costa Office Park in Doral, Fla.; renovation of Arbors Office Park in Delray Beach, Fla. after Hurricane Wilma in 2005; and renovation of Miami Distribution Center, a 400,000 square foot warehouse in Miami-Dade County, formerly used by Associated Grocers.
