Terranova's Chairman has served as court-appointed receiver in Florida state and federal courts at the request of lenders and special servicers such as Bank of America, New York Life, Principal Mutual Life, the FDIC and C-III Capital.

With extensive legal and industry expertise, Terranova’s Chairman has provided expert testimony and litigation support for Metropolitan Life, Orix USA and Massachusetts Mutual Life.
