Success stories include increasing value on Miracle Mile, most recently adding credit tenants such as Priscilla’s of Boston, Panera Bread and Men’s Wearhouse; securing $7.5 million in rental income from two leases with Baptist Outpatient Services; transforming Suniland Shopping Center in Pinecrest, FL, into one of the more high-rent centers in Miami-Dade County, most recently adding trendy tenants such as The Cheese Course and Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt; and boosting value at Biscayne Plaza, most recently signing a lease with anchor dd’s Discount as well as a deal with Sabor Tropical Supermarket.

  • $3.6 million lease for furniture retailer, EQ3.
  • Bridal Retailer Priscilla's of Boston, valued at over $3.3 million.
  • Secured a lease for DHL's North American headquarters valued at $3.2 million.
  • $1.4 million Wachovia Securities office lease.
  • 4 deals with Anna's Linens, amounting to 40,000 square feet of leased space.
  • 16,000 square foot lease with Navarro Discount Pharmacy at Westfork Plaza in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
