  • Two time sale of Flagler Park Plaza, a Publix-anchored 350,000 square foot shopping center in Miami, which sold once  for $54 million and a second time for $95 million.
  • 23 Free-standing Winn-Dixie Grocery Stores for $69 million.
  • Weston Lakes Plaza, a 96,342 square foot shopping center in Weston, Florida for $23 million.
  • Grande View Apartment Homes, a 240-unit apartment complex in Biloxi, Miss., sold for $22.6 million, one of the highest sale prices for an apartment community in Biloxi history, at $94,100 per unit.
  • Concord Plaza Shopping Center, a 300,000 square foot shopping center in Miami, Fla., for $48.4 million. The sale represented a $27.6 million gain for the seller.
  • Harbor Club Downs, a 272-unit apartment community in Palm Harbor, Fla., for $23.5 million.
  • Weston Distribution Center, a 225,760-square foot warehouse in Weston, Fla., for $20 million. The sale represented a gain of over 51% for the owner, who under Terranova’s advisement had purchased it less than two years before for $13.3 million.
  • Lake Forest Apartments, a 128-unit complex in Daphne, Ala., for $6.3 million.
  • Marcus Pointe Apartment Homes, a 248-unit complex in Pensacola, Fla., and Fairfield Lakes Apartment Homes, a 268-unit complex also in Pensacola, for $25.8 million.
  • The Belmont, a 180-unit apartment building in Ocean Springs, Miss., for $11.8 million.
  • Royal Gulf Apartments, a 144-unit apartment complex in Biloxi, Miss., for $7.92 million.
  • Country Isles Plaza, a 106,343 square foot shopping center in Weston, Florida for $19.9 million.
  • Sale of a Super Kmart in Lincoln, Nebraska for $14.75 million.
  • Fairfield Lakes Apartment Homes, a 268-unit community in Pensacola, Florida for $28.95 million.
